Mr. Sanjay Ahuja is a certified Career Counsellor.

He brings 18 years of corporate expertise where he held senior leadership roles. His journey into coaching & mentoring began in the BPO sector, where he trained freshers and mid-level managers in call handling and customer service.

For the past decade, Mr. Ahuja has been a certified freelance trainer, specializing in behavioral and communication skills for students and professionals. He has developed modules on fluent English, email etiquette, interview skills, and accent correction from scratch.

Experienced in one-on-one and group coaching, his sessions begin with a thorough assessment of each student’s challenges. Believing in tailored solutions over one-size-fits-all methods, he designs customized plans to meet individual needs.

Mr. Sanjay believes the importance of career counseling is best explained through his own experience. He shares, "Growing up in a humble middle-class family with little knowledge about career choices, I ended up choosing the most common path at the start of my career and wasted crucial years.

I often wished I had proper guidance or a coach to help me pick the right option based on my interests and skills.

My goal is to be like a lighthouse for students and working professionals, guiding them to make one of the most important decisions of their lives."
