Counselling Service for school students: Career Counselling is a process in which the child should know oneself first, then know the world of work & then conclude where he/she fits in. But unfortunately, children are choosing their Career under Peer/Parent pressure, under someones influence, lack of correct information & a lot of many other reasons. A childs journey should start in grade 9 where he/she begins the process of understanding their strengths and areas of improvement.  A grade 10 student needs to choose the right stream in order to be able to enjoy and make the most of his/her high school. In grade 11/12 doing Virtual Internships and Skill building activities will help students to identify and understand the dynamics of the professional world.
